1. About Our Service
Can Man Coffee is a mobile, coffee-led beverage trailer operating across South East Queensland. Our rig is a refurbished gull-wing coffee trailer fitted with a commercial-grade espresso machine, grinder, and automatic can-sealing machine, towed and powered by a BYD Shark 6 PHEV (Outback Orange) via V2L — fully mobile and off-grid. Livery is matte black with Outback Orange trim.
This document governs a bookings-and-service-only model (event bookings and scheduled site runs). We do not offer online retail sales and there is no shipping or freight.
We operate through two core channels:
- Events — markets, festivals, sporting events, corporate functions, and private bookings.
- Site Runs — regular high-traffic stops at construction sites, work crews, business parks, and depots.
2. Services & Menu
2.1 Hot Coffee (8oz $5 / 12oz $6)
Long black, flat white, cappuccino, latte, mocha, espresso/piccolo. Any milk & syrups at no extra cost.
2.2 Iced & Specialty Lattes (Sealed PET Cans — 330ml $7 / 500ml $9)
- Cleveland Classic Iced Coffee
- Iced Latte
- Amity ANZAC Iced Latte
- Raby Bay Biscoff Iced Latte
2.3 Energy Soda (330ml $7 / 500ml $9)
- Straddie Super Soda — Monster Ripper energy soda, raspberry syrup & vanilla cold foam.
2.4 Iced Teas (330ml $5 / 500ml $7)
- Peel Island Peach
- Redlands Lemon
2.5 Rotating Fridge
A secondary range of canned energy drinks & imported American sodas, priced as marked.
All drinks served in sealed PET cans (signature presentation) or standard coffee cups. No slushies.
3. The Can Club Loyalty Program
Each drink purchased earns one stamp. On your fifth drink (up to equal value), it's free. Printable loyalty cards are available. This applies to both events and site runs unless otherwise stated.
4. Site Run Terms
4.1 Booking a Standing Run
Site runs are booked as a standing weekly appointment — same day, same time. We require a minimum commitment of two consecutive weeks to establish a route.
4.2 Setup & Power
We arrive self-powered. No leads, no site induction hassle, no access to your power required. We set up in minutes and serve through your crew's smoko window.
4.3 Bulk Orders
Pre-ordered bulk runs can be arranged. Cans will be sealed, cold, and ready on arrival.
4.4 Cancellation & Changes
Site run cancellations require 24 hours' notice. If we arrive and cannot safely access the site, the visit will be counted as completed. We'll work with you to reschedule where possible.
5. Event Terms
5.1 Booking & Confirmation
Event bookings require a signed quote or proposal (see our Event Catering Proposal document).
For private or corporate event bookings, a deposit of 50% of the quoted fee is required to secure the date, unless the quote states otherwise. The balance is due within 7 days of the event.
Where the quote does not specify otherwise, community, school and sporting club events may be booked without a deposit at our discretion.
5.2 Site Access
The client must ensure vehicle access to the event location, adequate space for the trailer setup, and compliance with any applicable food business licensing requirements.
5.3 Public Liability
Can Man Coffee holds $20 million public liability insurance. A certificate can be provided upon request.
5.4 Cancellation & Postponement
Unless otherwise specified in the individual Event Catering Proposal & Quote:
- Cancellation more than 14 days before the event: the deposit is retained as a credit toward a future date.
- Cancellation 7 days or less before the event: the deposit is forfeited, and where a minimum spend applies, the shortfall may be invoiced.
- Postponements: postponements are treated as a rebooking where a new date is agreed, and any deposit carries across.
6. Account Billing for Site Runs
Account billing is available for regular weekly site runs and repeat corporate clients, in place of paying per visit.
We issue one monthly invoice, covering all site-run service in that calendar month, rather than charging per transaction.
Payment terms are 7 days from the date of invoice, by bank transfer or card.
Overdue accounts may attract interest at 2% per month on the outstanding amount, and we may pause service until the account is brought up to date.
There is no minimum spend on a standing weekly site run. One-off, remote or regional runs, and event bookings, may carry a minimum spend, which will be stated in the written quote.
7. General Conditions
- Governing law: Queensland, Australia.
- Prices: As listed on our current menu or as quoted. Prices may change with notice.
- Allergens: Please advise of any dietary requirements or allergies at the time of booking. We cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
- Intellectual property: The Can Man AU Pty Ltd brand assets (including the Can Man Coffee trading name and associated logos/brand materials) remain the property of The Can Man AU Pty Ltd.
